Job Description for Sales profiles Candidate must be Graduate in any stream. Should have minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably from healthcare industry or relevant sales field. Should have knowledge about cold calling, Cross sales & follow up mechanism. Should be target oriented. Should have the ability to translate medical terminologies to average caller. Role & Responsibilities Greet, understanding the concern & assisting the caller according to the needs. Follow basic telephone etiquettes. Meet daily, weekly & monthly target. Maintain strong follow up mechanism with the callers. Possess strong convincing quality. Quick learner who can learn the product effectively and keep him/herself updated with the products. Ability to think & perform out of the box. Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help caller hung up with everything they need.
