📞 Job Title: Call Center / BPO Executive 📍 Location: Sewak Park, Dwarka Mor 💼 Department: Customer Support / BPO 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time ✨ Job Summary:We are looking for a Call Center/BPO Executive who will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle pressure efficiently. 🛠 Roles & Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Provide accurate information about products/services. Maintain customer records and update data in the CRM system. Follow communication scripts and adherence to call center guidelines. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department if required. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and service levels. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Good communication skills in Hindi / English or regional languages. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. 💡 Skills Required: Excellent communication and listening skills Problem-solving attitude Ability to handle pressure and multitask Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred) 💰 Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary (₹13,000 – ₹20,000+ Incentive per month depending on experience & location) Performance-based incentives PF/ESI (as per company policy) Growth opportunities within the organization Training and skill development provided
