- Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.

- Provide exceptional support and service to international clients.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in CRM software and other computer applications.

- Availability for rotational shifts.

- All doc's mandate i.e education, personal and experience
