As a Call Center Operator at San Recyclers, your role will involve handling vendor inquiries via phone, providing excellent vendor support, and ensuring effective resolution of issues. You will be responsible for maintaining professionalism during interactions, updating call logs, and coordinating with other teams to address customer needs promptly and efficiently. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service experiences while adhering to company protocols.
