Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Call Center Operator based in Kakori. The Call Center Operator will handle customer inquiries via phone, provide support, resolve issues, and maintain records of customer interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring a professional and efficient customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Customer Support and Customer Service experience
• Familiarity with Contact Centers and their operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Customer Service or related fields are a plus
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
