Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Operator at RN Jobforce. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for phone etiquette, customer support, communication, customer service, and contact center tasks on a daily basis.

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Contact Centers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
