Call Center Operator / Agent

You will be working at The Easy Education, where your main responsibility will be to deliver sales and provide excellent service to our members. This will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as various operational tasks to ensure a positive customer experience. As a call centre agent, you will be the voice of our business, playing a crucial role in shaping our customers" experience with us. Key Responsibilities: - Service inbound and outbound calls by engaging in consultative selling and building trust with members - Understand members" needs, recommend suitable products and services, and resolve complaints or inquiries - Support various administration tasks to provide seamless service to members - Exceed personal sales and service targets, contribute to team and company goals - Accurately track and record member activity for precise business reporting and customer data - Commit to personal training and development plans to improve performance - Deliver professional service with enthusiasm and positivity Qualifications Required: - Exceptional sales and customer service telephone skills - Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal - Comfortable working towards targets and achieving goals - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset - Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed team player - Proven sales ability with a positive attitude - Ability to handle challenging sales and service situations effectively - Desire to learn and expand destination knowledge - Can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile - Effective time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team In addition to the above, the Easy Education offers a performance-based salary with 6 months of experience required for this position.
