Job Description

A call center executive in immigration services needs excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer and CRM proficiency, and a strong customer-centric approach. Key responsibilities include providing information on visa processes, managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. While a high school diploma is often the minimum educational requirement, prior customer service experience is highly beneficial, and a background in immigration is a significant advantage.
