Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and clients, identifying their needs, resolving issues, and providing solutions. Your role will also involve upselling other services, following the customer service script provided by the company, and being well-informed about company policies and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers. Maintaining good customer relations, meeting personal targets, working towards team targets, recording conversations with customers, and analyzing data will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be required to write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers and clients - Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions - Upsell other services when possible - Follow the customer service script provided by the company - Stay informed about company policies and the website for FAQs - Maintain good customer relations - Meet personal and team targets - Record conversations with customers and analyze data - Write and submit reports on performance, targets, and customer queries Qualifications Required: - Graduated high school, bachelor's degree preferred - Prior experience in customer service and call centers - Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems - Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism - Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills - Excellent communication and listening skills with proficiency in English Note: The job types available are full-time, permanent, and fresher positions.
