JMG Automobiles in Bhubaneswar is hiring a Call Center Executive for our Two-wheeler department. This role is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: · Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. · Provide detailed information about Hero Motocorp two-wheelers, Vida Electric Scooters · Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. · Follow up with potential leads to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. · Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly. · Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. · Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Experience in customer service, tele calling, or sales is preferred. · Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel. · Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
