Call Center Executive

As a Call Center Executive, your role will involve managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. You will be required to follow communication scripts when handling different topics, identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions. Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile will be crucial for this position. Additionally, you must keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way and meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
