Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound calls

    from patients or attendants in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assist customers in

    booking, rescheduling, or confirming doctor appointments.

  • Provide accurate information about

    hospital services, doctors, and departments.

  • Record and update patient information in the system accurately.
  • Handle patient queries and escalate issues to the concerned department if needed.
  • Ensure every interaction maintains

    high service quality and patient satisfaction.

  • Maintain call logs and follow process guidelines as per company standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Any Graduate / Intermediate
  • Experience:

    02 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in

    Telugu, Hindi, and English

  • Strong listening, patience, and empathy when handling patient calls
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM entry)
  • Ability to work in

    rotational shifts (24/7 process)

  • Personality:

    Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player
