Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set for call handling, sales conversion, and other performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in back office operations, bpo industry, call center environment, data entry operation, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills in Bengali language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on night shifts from Monday to Saturday (with Sunday off).
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
