Cafeteria Chef- Antalya by Divine Ganga Cottage

Job Title: Cafeteria Chef
Location: Antalya Hotel, Laxman Jhula Vill. Post, Distt, Tapovan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
Department: Kitchen
Reporting To: Executive Chef / F&B Manager
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals for staff or guests as per set menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure food is cooked and served on time.
• Plan simple, nutritious, and cost-effective menus.
• Monitor stock and manage kitchen inventory.
• Guide and support kitchen helpers.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP).
• Minimize food wastage and maintain records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cafeteria or bulk cooking.
• Knowledge of Indian meals, basic continental dishes and Tandoor.
• Ability to handle high-volume cooking.
• Basic kitchen management and inventory skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
