Job Description

Monitor daily sales and expenses of a cafe coffee shop, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Encourage and train team members to confidently upsell food and beverage items (e.g., offering extras, combo upgrades, or premium options).
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase average transaction value.
Introduce new menu items and promotions effectively to customers.
Set team goals for upselling and provide coaching or incentives based on performance.

Eligibility:

2-3 years of experience in any coffee shop
immediate joiners

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
