CAE Engineer

As a Seat Analyst at Satven, your role will involve performing various tasks related to baseline body strength analysis using tools such as LsDyna, Primer, Metapost, Hypermesh, Ansa, and Hyperview. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing Baseline Body Strength Analysis tasks such as Seat Belt Pull Analysis (FMVSS 207-210), Luggage retention (ST30), Child Anchorage Analysis, Dynamic Strength Analysis (FMVSS225), and Seat system dynamic structural integrity (FMVSS208) using LsDyna Solver. - Preparing Body-In-Prime for Body Strength Analysis, investigating input pulse, output energy curves, materials, SW/Bolt Forces, etc. - Conducting Seat Integration tasks including Weld, Bolt, Adhesives connections, and Seat Model Preparation for Body. - Integrating with standard numbering Template and running baseline CAE Seat and Body Strength with Seat analysis. - Summarizing results and providing feedback conclusions to customers efficiently. - Collaborating effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.
