Hiring for CAE Design Engineer
- Experience: 5-8 years
- CTC: Up to 13 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CAE simulations to analyze and optimize product designs
- Conduct structural, durability, and NVH simulations using CAE tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh
- Interpret and validate results to provide design recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights
- Prepare technical documentation and simulation reports
- Optimize component design for weight, strength, noise, and vibration
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- CAE Experience: 5-8 years of design experience in CAE software, specifically ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent
- Automotive Industry Experience: Preferred experience in the automotive industry, especially in EV Powertrain CAE Simulation
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ANSYS and HyperMesh, good understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles
