CAD Team Manager Media & Communications ( 82288246 )

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and support CSR activities in surrounding villages like arranging sports activities, organizing camps, etc.
• Leverage financial, physical, and organizational resources for community services.
• Liaise with government and trade bodies as well as neighboring Industries for matters related to CSR Projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with print and electronic media personnel. Maintain cordial relations with local journalists or media personnel to preserve the image of the company.
• Read and collate Printed News are appearing in local dailies and circulate to the Top management.
• Pick up Breaking News from the Press or Contacts and communicate to the Top Management, before it appears in print.
• Participate in Events like Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, State Functions, etc. like Floats, Tableaus, Rallies, etc.
• Public Relations with Elected Representatives, local Sarpanch, President of Taluka, District Panchayats, MLAs, MPs, Mayor, Ministers, local District Administrations , etc.
• Maintain close liaison with Police Dept. For smooth company operations in steady state as well as during factory incidents, particularly On-Site and Off-Site emergencies.
• Pick-up local Village intelligence and report to Top Management
  

Education Requirement :

• Candidate should be a Graduate or Post-graduate in any discipline.
• Graduate in Mass Communication or Journalism or Master of Social Work preferred.
  

Experience Requirement :

• Candidate should have 10-15 years of work experience.
  

Skills & Competencies :

• Fluency to read, write and speak in English, Hindi, and Gujarati are MUST.
• Those having an aptitude for CSR, and community engagement activity.
• Journalism would be given preference
