Job Description

Role & responsibilities

PCB layout design and optimization using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
PCB layout and routing
3D modeling and integration of PCB designs within mechanical assemblies
Schematic diagram creation and capture (schematic capture)
Component and footprint library management
Design rule check (DRC) and electrical rule check (ERC)
Signal integrity analysis and simulation
Design for manufacturability (DFM) and testability
Gerber file generation and CAM data preparation
Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance
Component placement and routing optimization (single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer PCBs)
BOM (Bill of Materials) management
