Key Responsibilities : - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy and accountability across all financial operations. - GST & Taxation: End-to-end responsibility for GST filings, reconciliation, audits, and compliance with all tax regulations including TDS and Income Tax. - Financial Accounting: Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable standards. - Costing & Budgeting: Implement cost control measures, oversee product costing, and drive annual budgeting and forecasting. - Internal Controls: Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and ensure statutory compliance - Audit Management: Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits with proper documentation and response handling. - MIS & Reporting: Prepare and present monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review. - ERP & Process Improvement: Ensure proper utilization of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and drive digitization and automation of financial operations. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives. Key Skills Required : - Strong command over GST, direct & indirect taxation - Expertise in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis - Excellent knowledge of manufacturing finance and factory-level accounts - Hands-on experience with ERP systems - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill
