Job Description

Financial Reporting
: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Taxation & Compliance
: Support in the filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and assist in audits.
Accounting Operations
: Handle daily accounting entries, maintain general ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
Cost & Inventory Management
: Monitor inventory valuation, conduct cost analysis, and implement cost control measures.
MIS & Reporting
: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to aid in decision-making processes.
Audit Support
: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
ERP Systems
: Utilize ERP software like SAP, Tally, or Oracle for financial operations.

Technical Skills
: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle), MS Excel, and financial modeling.
Analytical Abilities
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills
: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Team Collaboration
: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
