Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher / Experienced

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cost accounting, project costing, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory laws.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, income tax workings, and handle statutory notices if any.
• Coordinate and support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit activities.
• Monitor inventory, WIP, and finished goods accounting in coordination with production and stores.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management review.
• Support working capital management, cash flow planning, and banking-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams for financial accuracy and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or Experienced

Experience:

• CA Fresher: Newly qualified CA
• CA Experienced: 2–6 years of experience in manufacturing / steel / fabrication / PEB industry preferred

Key Skills:

• Cost accounting & manufacturing finance
• GST & direct taxation compliance
• Financial reporting & audit coordination
• ERP / Accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
• Strong analytical & communication skills

Preferred Exposure:

• Project & product costing
• Inventory & WIP management
• Manufacturing MIS & budgeting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,140.96 - ₹63,000.00 per month
