CA Finance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and contribute to our organization s growth and stability.

Location: Thane West

1. He will be responsible for overseeing the organizations financial strategy, planning, and operations.

2. As a Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in IFRS, the CFO will ensure compliance with international accounting standards and provide accurate financial reporting.

3. Key responsibilities include managing financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, cash flow, and ensuring adherence to IFRS.

4. The CFO will lead the finance team, work closely with senior management, and offer strategic guidance on financial decisions to drive business growth and financial stability.

5. Lead the external audit process, liaising with auditors to ensure that financial statements are accurately prepared in accordance with IFRS.

6. Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior management.

7. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

8. Monitor financial performance against budgeted targets, advising on corrective actions when necessary.

9. Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with operational goals.

10. Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.

11. Report to the board of directors and senior management on financial performance, investment opportunities, and financial risks.

12. Stay updated on changes in IFRS and ensure timely adoption of new standards or interpretations.

13. Advise the organization on the impact of IFRS changes and ensure a smooth transition to new requirements.

14. Drive the finance integration of IIS into Lesjfors Group, including financial and operational reporting. Preferably with previous experiences of similar work.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

2. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

3. In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting.

4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5.Proficiency in financial software,ERP,SAP systems

6. Strong communicator with spoken and written English.

7. Ideally experience from integration of Indian companies into global groups

Certifications: CA (Chartered Accountant), with knowledge of IFRS and GAAP certifications being a plus
