CA FINALIST OR CA QUALIFIED

Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

• Preparation and finalization of financial statements (as per applicable accounting standards)
• Statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Filing of Income Tax returns, TDS, GST, and ROC-related forms
• Ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and report generation
• Communication with clients and regulatory bodies

Virtual CFO Services:

• Corporate tax planning and compliance monitoring
• Financial health reviews, budgeting, and forecasting
• Cost analysis and process improvement advisory
• ZATCA (or similar regulatory) updates and risk management
• Preparation of monthly financial summaries and MIS reports
• Strategic financial insights and business support

Requirements:

• CA Qualified or CA Finalist (with completed articleship)
• Knowledge of IFRS, Income Tax, GST, and corporate compliance
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and virtually if required

Compensation:

• Hourly-based pay structure (rates to be discussed based on experience and skills)
