What Will You Drive

• Achieve defined conversion targets.

• Assist customers in listing their vehicles on the portal.

• Coordinate with potential buyers to support negotiations and deal closures.

• Focus on maximizing conversions to support revenue growth.

• Provide clear and engaging information about products and services.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries efficiently.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Build rapport to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of concerns.

• Meet daily/monthly targets on calls, engagement, and conversions.

• Stay updated on product features and market trends to share accurate information.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or similar customer-facing roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong rapport-building abilities.

• A proactive problem solver with the ability to understand customer needs quickly.

• Comfortable handling payment-related discussions transparently and professionally.

• Target-driven, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals.

• A team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.
