Buyside Institutional Equity Dealer

Dealer should be at least graduate prefer post-graduation. Dealer Should have at least 3 years of Equity Dealing experience preferably at Institutional desk. Dealer should be responsible for generating orders as per fund manager instruction in Order Management System (OMS), monitoring execution happening at broker’s end through Bloomberg EMSX and accordingly give confirmation to Operation Department for settlement of trades. Dealer should know how to give fair treatment to multiple clients (proportion). Dealer should critically analyze broker’s execution capabilities and give feedback to reporting officer. Dealer should be aware about the algos available. Dealer should maintain MIS on Status of order received from FM with following details: Order details received from FM Order placed to broker for execution To give confirmation on order executed to Operation Department. Pending order. Dealer should always ensure that all statutory and internal checks are properly validated before placing orders for execution and are complied with regulatory requirements. Dealer should give valuable input to customize OMS. Dealer should be aware of concept of Market Making / liquidity mechanisms and should know how operate Front office/NEAT/BOLT/Internet Trading.
