Position : Buying Executive

Key Responsibilities :-

• Maintain and update Google Sheets and Excel trackers for purchase orders, vendor details, and pricing.
• Maintaining PO DATA TRACKER
• Updating sales and inventory on daily basis.
• Creation of PO in UNIWARE and Creation of order sheets to be shared to vendors.
• Updating the invoice tracker with details of received and pending invoices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect proforma invoices and basic documentation.
• Help cross-check invoice details against internal trackers and update records accordingly.
• Support in preparing simple data sheets for buying decisions, comparisons, and reporting.
• Maintain proper filing (digital/physical) of purchase documents and vendor records.
• Assist with day-to-day buying team operations and admin tasks as needed.
• PI verification/ cross checking of details.
• Cost calculation for each product at initial level.

Requirements :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in a support role within buying, procurement, or operations.

• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, filters).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
