Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Buyer with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software services and excellent buying skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the procurement process from planning to execution.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in buying or procurement, preferably in the software services industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience with procurement software and systems is an advantage.
