**Candidate Profile**

* Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in modular

kitchen, modular furniture, or interior project sourcing.

* 37 years of buying experience in modular products, furniture fittings, plywood,

laminates, hardware components, and related materials.

* Strong understanding of modular systems, kitchen hardware brands (Hettich, Hafele,

Blum, Ebco, etc.), wardrobes, storage units, and panel-based furniture.

* Good negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and understanding of BOQs and material

specifications.

* Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across design, production, and

execution teams.

* Ability to work under timeline-driven project conditions with attention to detail and process discipline.

1. Manage end-to-end procurement for modular kitchen and modular home furniture

materials, including hardware, accessories, panels, carcass materials, fittings, handles,

hinges, decorative items, and project-specific components.

2. Coordinate with the design, estimation, plant production, warehouse, and project

execution teams to ensure the timely availability of materials as per Bill of Quantity

(BOQ) and project schedules.

3. Evaluate, source, and onboard new vendors across categories while ensuring

competitiveness in pricing, quality, and lead time.

4. Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, monitor Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and

maintain procurement documentation in line with company processes.

5. Conduct vendor negotiations for pricing, payment terms, credit limits, and long-term

supply relationships.

6. Maintain and update cost sheets, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data, vendor

master records, and material forecasts.

7. Monitor vendor performance on service, quality, and delivery parameters, and take

corrective actions when required.

8. Ensure adherence to procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), audit

requirements, and inventory control guidelines.

9. Support cost optimization initiatives and assist in budget planning for modular kitchen and home furniture procurement.
