Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with experience in media/digital marketing sales. The candidate should be able to drive client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and lead a small team towards achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in digital & media marketing.
• Lead and mentor the BDE team for target achievement.
• Develop strategies to expand client base and manage key accounts.
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of BDE/BDM experience in media or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends & services.
