Job Overview:
The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating leads, conducting in-person customer visits, presenting company products, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, field mobility, and a customer-focused approach to drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of Qualified Leads Generated per Month
- Conversion Rate of Leads to Sales
- Monthly Sales Revenue Target Achievement
- Number of Field Visits Conducted Weekly
- Average Time to Close a Sale
- Customer Satisfaction and Feedback Scores
- Repeat Business or Referrals Generated
- Accuracy and Timeliness of CRM/Reporting Updates
Requirements :
1 to 2 years of sales experience
Any degree from recognized university
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in fast - peace environment and meet targets
Willing to travel
