Manage CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) – log calls, emails, and update deal stages.
- Research and qualify leads, prepare prospect lists, and coordinate demos.
- Assist with pitch decks, case studies, and other sales collateral.
- Schedule meetings, handle logistics, and send follow‑up reminders.
- Track metrics and help the team with reporting/admin tasks.
- Typical Skills:
- CRM proficiency (training provided if not familiar).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and great with follow‑ups.
- Good written and spoken communication.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking/reporting.
