About the Role

Business Value Analyst

analytics, business consulting, and transformation delivery

You’ll help clients identify improvement opportunities, build business cases, and track realized benefits through process excellence and digital insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to

  identify challenges and value levers

  across Procurement and Supply Chain functions (S2P, P2P, O2C, logistics).
• Use process mining insights (Celonis preferred) to

  frame and quantify value opportunities

  such as working capital optimization, spend reduction, and process efficiency.
• Build

  business cases, value realization frameworks, and executive storyboards

  that link process data to financial impact.
• Collaborate with Process Analysts and Transformation Leads to ensure identified opportunities are implemented and tracked.
• Support client workshops, governance meetings, and presentations to communicate progress, impact, and next steps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in

  process transformation, process mining, or business value consulting

  , ideally in

  Procurement and Supply Chain

  domains.
• Strong understanding of

  operational KPIs

  (cycle time, working capital, on-time payment, touchless rate, etc.) and ability to link them to financial metrics.
• Hands-on familiarity with

  Celonis

  or similar process mining/process intelligence platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and

  storytelling skills,

  able to translate data into compelling narratives.

• MBA

  or equivalent qualification in

  Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics

  preferred.
