Job Description

As a member of the Strategic Transformation Office at UiPath, your role will involve collaborating with UiPath's strategic customers in the region to drive transformational deals. You will be responsible for positioning automation as a change lever for their business, showcasing how automation and agentic orchestration can accelerate their transformation and align with their objectives. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating closely with GTM and professional services teams to qualify prospects/customers and plan/position value discovery and value measurement engagements. - Executing collaborative value discovery engagements and delivering compelling presentations to prospects, highlighting the business value of UiPath solutions. - Engaging with customers through value measurement engagements to identify and report the business value they have received and publishing value-based customer case studies. - Working with various internal UiPath teams to understand and document industry-specific value drivers for UiPath solutions and create ROI/TCO models. - Innovating continuously on value and strategic customer discovery frameworks, including market and industry competitive analysis and specific UiPath value drivers. - Providing thought leadership and coaching to GTM teams to accelerate sales cycles. - Managing PMO responsibilities for the strategic accounts/big deals program and contributing to the development of UiPath's strategic customer engagement framework, Elevate. To excel in this role at UiPath, you should possess the following qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a strategy or management consulting role. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in the B2B software or technology industry. - Professional work experience in strategy/management consulting at a professional services firm or at a software business in value selling/consulting for a software solutions business. - Strong business acumen and problem-solving capability. - Excellent quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills. - Self-sufficiency, a high degree of autonomy, and a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English. - Proven experience in designing and leading business consulting engagements that involve cross-functional teams.
