Your primary tasks will involve understanding customer quality evaluation forms, configuring trackable points of interest into the dashboard, automating scoring using speech analytics tools, and providing thought leadership to enhance speech analytic configurations. You will also work closely with customers to learn their business processes, identify areas for improvement using interaction analytics, and execute strategic analytical objectives. Anticipating and diffusing potential issues, providing swift resolution to customer problems, and tying unique areas of interest to measurable ROI are essential aspects of this role. By building speech-based queries, automating QA processes, and delivering playbooks and thought leadership, you will help customers glean insights and drive positive business impact. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with speech analytic tools, a degree in Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, and understanding of call center KPIs. Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a technology-driven environment are key requirements. Knowledge of GenAI prompts for query building will be advantageous. Your mission As part of the Strategic Transformation Office, you will collaborate with UiPath's most strategic customers in the region to drive transformational deals. What You'll Do At UiPath - Collaborate closely with GTM and professional services teams to qualify prospects/customers and plan/position value discovery and value measurement engagements. - Execute collaborative value discovery engagements and deliver compelling presentations to prospects, highlighting the business value of UiPath solutions. - Engage with customers through value measurement engagements to identify and report the business value they have received and publish value-based customer case studies. - Work with various internal UiPath teams to understand and document industry-specific value drivers for UiPath solutions and create ROI/TCO models. - Innovate continuously on value and strategic customer discovery frameworks, including market and industry competitive analysis and specific UiPath value drivers. - Provide thought leadership and coaching to GTM teams to accelerate sales cycles. - Manage PMO responsibilities for the strategic accounts/big deals program and contribute to the development of UiPath's strategic customer engagement framework, Elevate. What You'll Bring To The Team - 5+ years of experience in a strategy or management consulting role. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in the B2B software or technology industry. - Professional work experience in strategy/management consulting at a professional services firm or at a software business in value selling/consulting for a software solutions business. - Strong business acumen and problem-solving capability. - Excellent quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills. - Self-sufficiency, a high degree of autonomy, and a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English. - Proven experience in designing and leading business consulting engagements that involve cross-functional teams.
