Job Description

As the Business Unit Head for Security Awareness at EC-Council, you will be leading the AWARE Strategic Business Unit, focusing on delivering cutting-edge solutions in phishing, vishing, smishing, and e-learning to empower organizations in strengthening their cybersecurity posture. Your role will involve driving aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion within the cybersecurity sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - **P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth:** - Lead the SBU with full P&L accountability, setting and executing financial and strategic roadmaps for revenue growth and market leadership within 3-5 years. - **Revenue Acceleration & Business Development:** - Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies, secure enterprise-level partnerships, and expand market share in cybersecurity. - **Financial Performance & Profitability:** - Oversee all financial aspects, ensure budget discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable bottom-line performance. - **Scalable Operations:** - Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth and align with financial objectives. - **Leadership for Performance:** - Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability targets. - **Board & Stakeholder Alignment:** - Act as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and key stakeholders, providing updates to ensure alignment on growth goals. - **Market Growth & Positioning:** - Strengthen competitive positioning by identifying new revenue streams, exploring growth markets, and driving innovation. **Qualifications & Experience:** - 15+ years of leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success. - Strong background in cybersecurity, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven businesses. - Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, partnerships, and market expansion. - Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments. - Ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset. - Visionary, collaborative leader, based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, India.
