Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support & Coordination: • Manage the CEOs schedule, meetings, travel, and email communication. • Ensure smooth collaboration between India and USA teams. 2. Operational Oversight & Business Coordination: • Supervise offshore teams in sales, accounting, order processing, and supply chain. • Act as a communication bridge between Indian and US operations. • Develop dashboards and analytical insights to aid decision-making. • Manage external freelancers for marketing, design, and promotions. 3. Project Management & Data Analysis: • Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones. • Conduct financial and operational data analysis. • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership. 4. Administrative & Team Leadership: • Handle confidential information responsibly. • Organize internal events, team initiatives, and external relationships. • Train, manage, and mentor team members. • Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team culture. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Experience in executive coordination, business operations, or project management. • Financial analysis and accounting knowledge. Technical Skills: • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams, Office 365. • Experience with CRM software. • Power BI and Power Automate (preferred). Soft Skills: • Excellent English communication skills. • Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Work Arrangement: • Hybrid role in Trichy or Chennai. • Must be available for USA business hours (80%) with some overlap with India teams.
