Required Operations Manager for Luxury Travel Business Company: Greenchillyz Luxury Travels Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha About Us: Greenchillyz is a trusted household name in Odisha. We are now expanding into premium mobility with our new venture, "Greenchillyz Luxury Travels," offering high-end travel experiences with luxury vehicles like Force Urbania. The Role: We are looking for a smart, responsible, and experienced Operations Manager to handle our day-to-day fleet operations. You will be the single point of contact for clients and drivers. Key Responsibilities: * Booking Management: Handle customer inquiries, confirm bookings, and manage the trip calendar to avoid conflicts. * Fleet Management: Ensure the vehicle is always showroom-clean, serviced on time, and valid documents (Insurance/Permit) are maintained. * Driver Coordination: Manage driver duty rosters, track their reporting time, and ensure they follow the "Greenchillyz Uniform & Grooming" standards. * Guest Experience: Coordinate with the Greenchillyz kitchen to arrange complimentary snack boxes for trips and take feedback from guests after the trip. * Billing & Reporting: Maintain Duty Slips, generate bills, and submit daily reports to the Founder. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Travel Agency, Hotel Transport, or Logistics. * Skills: Basic Computer knowledge (Excel/Email) is mandatory. * Language: Fluent in Odia, Hindi, and basic English. * Attitude: Problem-solver, polite with VIP clients, and strict with drivers.
