Skill required: NA - Business Transformation Designation: Business Transformation Specialist Qualifications: BCom/Master of Business Administration/Master of Financial Management Years of Experience: 7 to 11 years Language - Ability: English - Advanced What would you do? In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps and plan transformation journey for our clients. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. Adapting to latest technology ensuring the value of transformation is delivered to our clients are primary focus. Candidate should have background & hands on experience in driving automation and transformation in Asset Management, Property Accounting and Finance and Accounting . Should have handled end to end automation and transformation project. Candidate should have experience in opportunity identification, solution proposal , execution and stake holder management skills.
