Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Developer with deep expertise in CPQ and CRM (Salesforce) systems to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions that power our go to market operations. This role is critical in ensuring our systems and cross-functional workflows are reliable, efficient, and designed for growth across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, and Product teams.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who thrives on using modern techniques to automate workflows and simplify complex challenges .
 

WhatYou llDo:

 
CPQ and CRM Development
  • Modernize legacy CPQ and Salesforce CRM automations
  • Build / update and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, integrations, validation rules, and process automations
  • Design and implement scalable data hierarchies across global account, contact, and ownership models
  • Conduct data quality audits and enforce governance frameworks to ensure system health and data integrity
GTM Systems Development Operations
  • Develop, configure, and integrate across the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, DealHub , Salesloft , and more)
  • Build scalable operational reports, dashboards, and analytics to support global revenue teams
  • Automate manual workflows to reduce friction, improve accuracy, and drive operational efficiency
  • Document technical best practices, data models, and process standards for ongoing maintenance
Cross-Functional Development Projects
  • Partner with GTM, Finance, and Product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with vendors and consultants to implement and optimize
    integrations across systems
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy/security regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOC, HIPAA) within system designs

WhatWe re

Looking For

:
  • Bachelor s Degree required ; Salesforce Administration Certification, additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, CPQ , Agentforce ) strongly preferred
  • 5 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce /CPQ development/administration in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Experience with Clari, Salesloft , ZoomInfo, and DealHub and familiarity with Salesforce Agent f orce
    or CRM GenAI
    prompting to build intelligent workflows are pluses
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows, data model architecture, and GTM systems integrations
  • Proven ability to design scalable workflows supporting territory planning, account segmentation, and quota operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical documentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering reliable, scalable solutions
  • Ability to work across global time zones U.S. hours
