Job Description

You ll be part of the IT Global Business Services (GBS) group, working within the Salesforce Platform team. The GBS team delivers business process automation and information services for PTC, and is responsible for the architecture, design, development, administration, support, project management, and governance of business applications.

Your Day-to-Day

Collaborate with team members to prepare technical solution designs.
Participate in Agile development processes, including story grooming, sprint planning, reviews, development, and unit testing.

Required Skills & Experience

2 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Solid understanding of Salesforce administration, including Lightning framework and Sales Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and other Salesforce development technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Engage in all Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
