Business Systems Analyst (QA/BA)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to

  analyze, document, and validate business processes and system workflows

• Create and execute

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive team efficiency.

  to manage user stories, test cases, bugs, and release tracking.
• Support

  production issue triage

  , root cause analysis, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA and BA processes for better delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of combined experience as a

  Business Analyst

  and

  Quality Assurance Analyst

  .
• Prior exposure to

  financial services

  ,

  banking

  , or

  credit card systems

  (e.g., credit limits, credit scoring, or lending workflows).
• Strong knowledge of

  Agile/Scrum methodology

  and experience working in distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure DevOps

  ,

  JIRA

  , or similar project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and communicate effectively with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in

  credit card

  consumer finance

  FinTech

  environments is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with

  SQL queries

  data validation

  API testing

  preferred.
• Experience in
