Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Business Analyst for Collaboration Tools at Zendesk, focusing on re-envisioning the use of collaboration tools to enhance the employee experience. Your role will involve managing Google Workspace and other collaboration tools, working with internal partners, and implementing leading SaaS applications. You will collaborate with various internal teams such as Product Development, People & Places, Go To Market, and Internal Communications to ensure scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for Zendesk's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with different Zendesk organizations to translate short and long-term business needs into high-quality, scalable systems. - Develop positive relationships with business partners, understand their goals, workflows, and processes, and drive system strategy, design, and implementation. - Prioritize and shape the team's roadmap and long-range planning in collaboration with management and business partners. - Assist in system improvement projects from design through implementation, working directly with users to collect requirements and deploy new features. - Identify manual processes and issues within Enterprise-Wide Applications, and work on determining solutions. - Support the Global Service Desk team in technical troubleshooting for employee issues. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in administering Google Workspace. - Proven track record of implementing, improving, and supporting enterprise-class SaaS systems. - Ability to work closely with a diverse team and solid grasp of IT fundamentals including SDLC, agile methodologies, and change management. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
