Business System Analyst

As a Business Analyst in Manufacturing & Logistics, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation in the IM market. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding and connecting DVP / MAS / PRD / DCL processes within GTO IM - Driving innovation and strategies for future challenges from a Digitalization & IT perspective - Collaborating with process and solution experts with strong business analytical capability - Bringing an outside-in perspective; experience in sales/service market is a plus - Building excellent working relationships and contributing to a high-performing team - Utilizing experience in manufacturing context using ERP, which is a strong advantage To qualify for this role, you should have the following requirements: - Strong Manufacturing & Logistics background - 7-10 years of relevant experience - Fluent in written and spoken English - Ability to work in a digital transformation environment If you are passionate about Manufacturing, Logistics, and Digital Transformation, and have the required experience and skills, we encourage you to share your CV at: nishanthi.r@hcltech.com.
