• Conduct system maintenance and configuration for time and attendance solutions.
• Gather and document requirements from customers and stakeholders, providing options and recommendations for solutions.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage of new features and functionalities.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations and enhancements.
• Resolve, stabilize, and document complex cases related to Global/Enterprise HR technology.
• Share and document knowledge, and explore ways to improve existing processes and Agile practices.
• Design, configure, test, and implement global time and attendance platform technologies.
• Investigate and resolve escalated user issues and system discrepancies.
• Ensure application changes are thoroughly tested and deployed using a specified SDLC process.
• Willing to travel based on project needs.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Kronos or other time and attendance systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of time keeping, attendance management, and related business processes.
• Experience with system integration and configuration is a plus.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test script development.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
