Business Sys. Analysis Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of support on programs, projects, reporting, filing for the BPO organization (both electronic and hard copy), handling confidential materials, and resolving issues based on your experiences in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert in a specific area of administrative support. - Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing process and policy improvements. - Read and comprehend the process documents provided by the customer. - Analyze insurance requests received from customers and process them following standard operating procedures. - Familiarize yourself with and navigate multiple client applications to gather the necessary information for processing customer requests. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements (SLAs). - Organize and complete tasks based on assigned priorities. - Handle problems that mostly require standard solutions. - Manage small projects under the supervision of your manager. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in administrative support or related field. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. - Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
