Business Support Management - Access Management_Associate

You will be part of the Business Support Management (BSM) function within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance & Business Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and control-focused support to the CIB businesses. This role involves collaborating with individuals at all levels and across various lines of business, including Business Managers, CIB BSM global counterparts, and Internal Business Partners like Business Control, Compliance, Human Resources, and Technology. - Managing on/off boarding processes - Implementing controls such as physical access management and business resiliency support - Coordinating real estate activities including space planning and move management - Analyzing operational changes - Providing day-to-day support for issues related to technology and real estate - Handling ad-hoc requests from the business - Reporting and analytics on headcount and real estate footprint The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Proven people management skills - Ability to implement new processes and communicate effectively - Experience in analyzing processes and troubleshooting issues - Familiarity with operating in diverse locations and cultural backgrounds - Strong control mindset with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills in English - Minimum of 5 years of work experience Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in Investment Banking - Ability to work independently and within a team environment - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to develop relationships and influence across various functions,
