BUSINESS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

As a professional in the field of DataCenter, Hosting, ITES services, and IT training, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and strengthen existing B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customers) relationships. This involves ensuring timely renewals, as well as cross-selling additional services to clients to enhance their overall experience. In addition to client management, you will also be tasked with identifying new sales leads and handling incoming enquiries through various channels such as tele-calling. Your ability to effectively pitch services and showcase the value proposition will be crucial in generating new business opportunities. To excel in this role, it is essential to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business verticals encompassing DataCenter, Hosting, ITES, and IT training. This knowledge will not only help you in engaging with clients more effectively but also in drafting and reviewing business proposals and quotes in collaboration with the CTO. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records in online sales and customer management systems. A keen attention to detail and proficiency in English writing will be advantageous in fulfilling these tasks efficiently.
