To excel in this role, it is essential to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business verticals encompassing DataCenter, Hosting, ITES, and IT training. This knowledge will not only help you in engaging with clients more effectively but also in drafting and reviewing business proposals and quotes in collaboration with the CTO. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records in online sales and customer management systems.
