Business Support Executive

Role Overview: As a detail-oriented and proactive professional at Euronics, you will play a crucial role in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data trackers using Excel. Your strong analytical and communication skills will be put to use in developing clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and update data will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve ensuring accurate documentation, process updates, and timely reporting, as well as providing support for administrative activities and troubleshooting assistance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data trackers using Excel. - Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for management. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and update data. - Ensure accurate documentation, process updates, and timely reporting. - Support administrative activities and provide troubleshooting assistance where required. - (If applicable) Assist with Google Workspace Admin Panel configurations and user management. - (If applicable) Handle ticketing solutions for query resolution and system administration. Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data visualization, etc.). - Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS PowerPoint (or equivalent).
